"I had never used the services of a bike rental and cycling/tour company so did not know what to expect. Tamar and Erez of Rent-a-Bike-Israel more than exceeded my expectations in every possible way. From our initial conversations while I was in Canada to choosing the quality bikes, to the rides themselves, it was a fantastic experience.
The rides were tailored to my fitness level and to my preferred locations. The weather on the second day was also altered from scorching sun to cool temperatures. Erez made the rides fun and even let me "lead" at times.
I appreciated that he pushed me when the going got tough, allowing me to enjoy the day to its fullest. We had a superb Middle Eastern lunch and even though I had lived in Israel for 8 years, I was introduced to a new delicacy.
More so, we clicked really well as people, sharing life stories and experiences.
